Fiberglass Mesh for Grinding Wheels
1. Description
The fabric is woven by fiberglass yarn which is treated with silane coupling agent. The two kind of
weave are plain and leno. It is the base material of high strength low extensibility. Coating with
resin easily and surface flat etc.
2. Expression of specification

Taking CNG5×5－113/260 for example:
Composition of glass: C means C-glass, E means E-glass
Mesh: N means mesh
Structure: G means Leno, P means plain
Density of warp is 5 yarns/inch
Density of weft is 6 yarns/inch
Width: 113cm means width
Weight: 260g/ square meters
Fiberglass Discs for Grinding Wheel
1. Description
It is punched from fiberglass cloth for grinding wheel which coated with phenolic and epoxy resin,
when necessary, coating with non-woven fabric, black paper and PE it is the best material for resin
bond grinding wheel with the features of high tensile strength and deflection resistance, it is nice
performance to link up with abrasive, meanwhile, it is the features of excellent high-speed cutting
resistance and heat resistance.
