Located in the northwest of Anhui province, southern end of Huang-huai plain, Bozhou is a cultural city with three thousand years history and is influenced deeply by Huishang culture. As one of the earliest manufacturers in synthetic diamond area, Bozhou has followed ups and downs of China superhard material industry in its own strong and special ecological model. Regardless of that, the superhard material industry in Bozhou still faces some problems, such as small overall size, low level structures, low innovation ability, poor support condition, wide distribution and etc, which lead that counterparts are in malignant price competitions. In order to avoid that vicious competition, some pioneers in Bozhou superhard industry began to transform. Bozhou City Xin Cheng Diamond Co., Limited, established by Li Longxun, is a typical representative and has ranked top in PDC manufacturing. 

Li Longxun is an indigenous of Anhui Bozhou, and now is the general manager of Bozhou City Xin Cheng Diamond Company Limited. He is engaged in super hard industry for about 30 years, devotes to monocrystalline diamond manufacturing for 20 years, and works in PDC manufacturing for 10 years. He is also the founder of Bozhou City Xin Cheng Diamond Company Limited, which is mainly dedicated to the research and development of, manufacturing and selling PDC largely applied in coal field and oil field. 

Bozhou City Xin Cheng Diamond Company Limited was set up in 1999, and its total area reaches 15 acres. Now, they have 16 press machines, and the annual output of PDC amounted to 1800,000 pieces. Every year, their sale reaches 50,000,000 Yuan. Up to now, Bozhou City Xin Cheng Diamond Company Limited has become one of the biggest domestic composite super hard material manufacturers, and has owned several core technology and intellectual property rights. Their two series, namely coal/mining geology PDC and oil diamond PDC, are prevalent in customers from all over the world. 

Workers in Xin Cheng Diamond Company Limited always stick to "Advance with times, Striving for Perfect". In the past 15 years, they transformed successfully for twice. In 2008, before the synthetic diamond industry fell into the vicious price competition, they accurately predicted the development trend and decisively choose to transform. They change their former major business in producing monocrystalline diamond into manufacturing PDC. For the purposing of addressing the future market, Xin Cheng Diamond Company Limited adheres to focusing on producing PDC only. They introduce advanced management concept and make every effort to become world-class professional PDC manufacturers. 

During the interview, General Li said frankly, "Perhaps influenced by the domestic policy or economic environment, this year super hard material and super hard abrasives meet unprecedented challenge. Compared with last year, the market demand reduces continuously." Facing bad situation, General Li still keeps optimistic and confident. He holds that "only enterprises will be collapsed, and the industry will never die. What crisis brought is not only threat but also chance. Only the weak will be vanished in fierce competition, and the strong will survive and benefit from it. The sale of our company this year did not decline but increased also verified that saying".

He stressed numerous times that, "I consider quality as life of enterprise, and I am more concerned about products quality than our clients". 

When talking about the future, General Li is full of enthusiasm owing to his confidence in their products and technology. Bozhou City Xin Cheng Diamond Limited will continuously walk toward high-end route, and further broaden overseas market. At present, their overseas sales team is already in preparation and hope to make progress with more ambitious people.
