In the decades, Henan Funik Ultrahard Material Co.,Ltd has transformed from a small enterprise to well-known enterprise in international CBN field. They have built new plants, enlarged production scale, and profits have been improved as well. Almost every day, there are something new happened in Funik, but their concentration is still as always. Just as Vice General Manager Wu Jianzhong said, other companies may have done many things in past decades, while Funik only did one thing, dedicated to the producing and development of CBN. 

Founded in 1996, Henan Funik Ultrahard Material Co., Ltd is located in Holly Street No.16, Zhengzhou National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. The president Li Hexin is a guru engaged in research and development of super hard material for more than ten years. He has rich experience in research and development. Impressed by the lag between our high-end producing capacity and international level, he has determined to focus on the producing and scientific research of CBN.  

He has ever led technical teams developing high level black CBN and amber CBN abrasive grains, and obtained over 40 national patents. 

He had been responsible for national level small and medium-sized innovation fund, National Torch Plan, the strategy of promoting trade with science and technology and high-tech industrial projects lead by State Development and Reform Commission and Henan Province science and technology key projects. 

He also gained "May 1ST Labor Medal" of Zhengzhou Federation of Trade Union, and was awarded as "Excellent Enterprenur" in Zhengzhou High-tech Zone. 

"Knowledge is power", General Li clearly understands that; "Superiors behave as examples and Inferiors Imitates", General knows the power of models. 

Consequently, every employee pays enough attention to learning relevant knowledge and is absorbed in his or her own field. "Preoccupation, absorption and professional", all workers in Funik adhere to that principle and devote themselves to the development, research, producing and selling of CBN materials. They deserve halo and glory. 

It is said that, at present, the CBN of Funik has taken 1/3 market share in the international market, and the top 20 in international abrasives industry are all their clients. Their output value has increased continuously and production scale expands gradually, which is obviously attributed to their concentration spirit. It is the concentration spirit that brings about spirit capital and material capital to Funik. 

When it comes to brand building, Funik General Manager Li Xinhe said that, "after so many years of development, superhard industry has experienced several rounds of competition selection, the development of several big enterprises are relatively rational. However, some medium-sized and small companies are still quite immature in the aspect of product promotion and brand construction. Their competitions are still the price war, which would do harm to themselves in the end. Therefore, Funik is always committed to build its own brand."
