According to an iAbrasive report, Superhard Material of China had an interview with Henan Huifeng Diamond Co., Ltd. on July 4. The general manager--Wang Laifu conducted the interview. The company is located in Zhengzhou CBD. The office area is over 600 square meters and the working environment is comfortable and elegant.

It has been 17 years since Huifeng was founded in 1992. Currently, Huifeng is capable of producing 10 million carat diamond powder a month. Its featured products include: micro powder, microgrit, super fine micro powder, abrasive paste, etc. Henan Huifeng Diamond Co., Ltd. has developed into a professional diamond micro powder manufacturer and has its own brand in the market.

According to Wang, from the beginning of 2014, Huifeng has produced 50 to 60 million carat diamond micro powder; influenced by the financial crisis and global economic recession, the output has declined. Huifeng has a clear picture of the situation and seizes the opportunity by adjusting product structure, improving product quality and enhancing developing intensity, which has helped them to see positive results.

Wang emphasized the importance of quality to company development, as providing superior products for downstream industry is the basis of a company's development. Huifeng has spent 1.4 million Yuan in purchasing advanced laser particle analyzers and other equipment, and has set up a strict quality control system to guarantee stable product quality. Through a series of experiments to improve the process and improve diamond micro powder crystal integrity and uniformity: according to clients' demand, they are supplying tailor-made products.

When faced with the global financial crisis, Huifeng reorganized its strategy to seek opportunities and development. The company purchased 47 acres of land in Zhengzhou Putian and established a subsidiary on June 28, 2014.
