Three Problems to be Noticed During Diamond Grinding Machine Operation

Diamond grinding machine is a type of hardware machinery products frequently used in modern industry. Generally, professional training is needed for operating diamond grinding machines. Therefore, attention has to be paid to each step in diamond grinding machine operation process. Problems that are likely to occur during the process are listed as follow:

1. Side Grinding

Grinding machines need to be classified in daily use. Unaware of the types of grinding machine and use its side to grind is against the right safe operation rules, according to which grinding wheels that use circumferential surface as the working surface are not suitable for side grinding. This type of grinding wheel is easy to be broken and may hurt people. So side grinding is not recommended in operating process.

2. Front Operation

Many operators are accustomed to standing at the front of the grinding wheel, the reason for which is that it is easy to operate with one's full strength. However, the behavior is forbidden. According to the safe operation rules, when using the grinding machine to grind or cut workpieces, the operator should stand the side of the diamond grinding wheel in case breakdown occurs.

3. Operating with Overexertion

Operating with overexertion is not suggested because it may result in grinding wheel broken, which is dangerous.
