In the manufacturing of difficult and complicated workpieces, the high speed will generate large amount of heat, so it is important to know how to cool. The coolant jet is an essential design. When cooling agent is away from the coolant jet but hasn't reach a proper position, serious consequence is likely to take place during diamond grinding wheel working process. So we should make coolant jet close to the contact point of the grinding wheel at a peripheral speed and the jet flow. Cooling system installation matters a lot in the grinding wheel's service life and the operation security.
