Security Matters Should Be Noted When Operating Grinding Wheel

The crew should be paid attention to the following aspects about personal safety protection when working on grinding wheel:

A, Before working, please wear work clothes, protective glasses and other protective equipment;

B, Before it is officially launched, please firstly check whether grinding wheel and its protective devices are normal;

C, When operators are using grinding wheel for grinding workpieces, it should be firstly launched to check if idling is normal, and then please keep it steady with uniform force. But too much pressure is not allowed, in order to avoid grinding wheel broken which may hurt people;

D, On grinding wheel, it is not allowed to grind too heavy, too big, too long or too small and too thin artifacts, and it is also not allowed to stand in the front of grinding wheel when working on grinding wheel;

E, It is forbidden just to start grinding wheel or knock grinding wheel with objects. If grinding wheel becomes thin and small after grinding, it should be changed in time. Please check grinding wheel whether there are cracks and breakage on the grinding wheel. Please note: Unqualified grinding wheels are not allowed to be used;

F, It shall have specialists that are responsible for the maintenance and management of grinding wheel machine, in order to keep them in good condition.
