iAbrasive analysts say that there are two issues that should be paid attention to for coated abrasives manufacturers in company transformation. 

The first issue is environmental protection. Take phenolic resin for example, it contains free phenol and free formaldehyde, which do great harm to human. Of course coated abrasives manufacturers know the point and have done something concerning the problem. However, it is not enough. In coated abrasives industry, waste water treatment has been on schedule. But little knows what is in the water. To figure out the answer, two substance require testing: benzene and phenol. Chinese government is also attaching more importance to environmental protection.

The second issue is energy-saving and emission reduction. For example, when it comes to coat control, many will speak of the high cost of raw materials. Therefore, material cost, management cost and energy cost should be controlled. An effective approach is to record each manufacturing process and see where has the energy gone. In addition, energy-saving and emission reduction is a social responsibility for coated abrasives manufacturers.
