Most of these problems are related to the quality of diamond tools. We should improve them from the following aspects:

A, To select right diamond concentration: Diamond concentration should be on the high side under normal circumstances.

B, To improve the sharpness of bond: It mainly needs to reduce its grinding hardness and uniformity, and low melting material segregation.

C, To reduce the diamond coverage ratio and grinding surface area of diamond pellets, or increase the chip space.

D, To reduce the dispersity and shape irregularity of diamond particle size. Larger particles must not be allowed, and at the same time, fine grains shouldn’t be too many.

E, To add the trace elements of nanoscale into the bond, in order to change the nature of the bond.

F, To add a small amount of fine-grained abrasive particles into grinding fluid.

G, To improve water resistance and heat resistance of resin, and improve its thermal conductivity.

H, To lower the pores and reduce the crystal size of the bond.
