Firstly, we should use diamond and cubic boron nitride and new corundum abrasives, and they all have excellent cutting performance.

Secondly, if the surface roughness of workpieces can not meet the requirements, it is suggested to use fine-grained grinding wheels.

For example, corundum grinding wheels with w20~w10 granularity resin binder and graphite filler, can achieve the roughness of the mirror surface grinding through reasonable finishing. And grinding wheels of 46#~80# with K hardness and ceramic binder, also can achieve Ra (0.025~0.012)μm roughness after adjusting machine tools and carefully balancing and dressing grinding wheels to get good micro-edge and clean coolant.

Stearic acid and oil acid in the grinding wheels will have lubrication and polishing effect in the process of grinding. And it can also reduce the surface roughness of workpieces under the condition of wet milling.
