It is mainly used for fine grinding process. Ceramic bond diamond grinding wheel is mainly used for all kinds of nonmetal hard and brittle materials, grinding of cemented carbide and superhard materials.

Concentration: The selection of concentration depends on the granularity, binder, shape, processing methods, production efficiency and the service life of grinding wheel. Diamond grinding wheel with high concentration has stong ability to keep the shape of grinding wheel, while grinding wheel with low concentration tends to be more lower diamond consumption. The selection should be taken into consideration according to the need.
