1. Bonding agent property: each type of bonding agent has its properties and characteristics, which will influence abrasives hardness. For example, ceramic bonding agent with or without boron turns out different effect in abrasives hardness.

2. Bonding agent dose: in general, the more bonding agent, the harder abrasives will be; vice versa.

3. Forming density: the higher the density, the bigger the pressure; vice versa.

4. Humectants differences also affect abrasives hardness: for instance, assuming other conditions are the same, corundum ceramic abrasives water-adding glass is harder than icodextrin peritoneal.
