General Secretary Wang Mingyuan Visiting Abrasives Manufacturers Members (II)

Recently, General Secretaries of Branch Coated Abrasive Association, Wang Mingyuan has paid visit to member abrasives manufacturers in Xinyi, Linyi, Jinan and other cities to investigate the industry situation. In a rainy day, once arriving in LinYi, Shangdong Province, General Secretary Wang Mingyuan began to visit to SANCHAO Abrasive.,Ltd. The President Li Da and the General Manager Lilian had extended extremely warm welcome. 

After a brief introduction on the company, General Secretary Wang and his companions came to the workshop. They made a field survey on the production of special products and the performance of new semi-automatic machine. After that, they looked around new samples in the showroom. General secretary spoke highly of various coated abrasive products made all by themselves and featured business culture of SanChao, “Quality is life, and production means money”. Their reward incentive system, “SanChao Family”, encouraged every employee to make every effort to surpass themselves and commit their promises. The whole workshop is full of happiness. Their company culture establishment took the first place among abrasive manufactures. Geneal Secretary Wang hoped that they can share their experience in constructing company culture and building soft power.

The president Li Da also shared what he had obtained through taking part in Lin Yi social commonweal  organization “Lion Union” to undertake social responsibility, which was highly praised by General Secretary Wang Mingyuan.
