I. When grinding machine tools have been in place in the factory:

We should notice the bearing capacity of factory ground and the floor area when machine tool running. If the bearing capacity is not enough, it will affect benchmark precision of the machine tool;

About the selection of grinding machine hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, we must adopt new oil, because the used oil contains impurities and is easy to jam the smoothness of the tubing and will also influence the running speed of the machine tool, the wear of guideway, and the change of accuracy. We can use 46#, 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and 46# guideway oil, and also need to pay attention to the grinding machine model and prepare enough oil;

The matching of the power wire: If the wire is too thin, it will make it hot under the heavy load, which will cause electrical wiring short circuit and influence the electricity production;

When machine tools have been in place of discharge, we must make sure that cargo handling gear has enough bearing capacity and enough mobile space, which will not result in the machine tool collision and personnel safety.

II. When grinding machine tools are ready to process:

When we have completed the installation of grinding machine, we should check the oil pipe, wire, pipe whether they are locked tightly;

When applying voltage, please firstly use manual commissioning to ensure that all parts of the transmission has been opened;

Please note that the direction of spindle of grinding machine. For example, reverse operation is easy to cause the looseness of grinding wheel flange and affect the precision of the spindle;

The matching of grinding wheel and machining material: grinding wheel is only like a knife on machine tool processing, it needs to change different grinding wheel in different materials;

The balance of grinding wheel: a lot of enterprises don't understand to the balance of grinding wheel. If it has been used for a long time, it will aggravate the spindle damage and cause the effect of grinding.

III. When grinding machine tools in grinding processing:

A. Please check to see if the artifact adsorption or clamping is firm and the distance of the grinding wheel and workpiece;

B. Please observe the running speed of the transmission parts and the feed when processing, to avoid accidents;

C. Please clean up the adsorption surface of the disk and workpiece, but it is forbidden to use the pressure gun, which is easy to blow the dust or water into the guideway of machine tools that cause the wear of guideway;

IV. The maintenance of grinding machine tools:

A. Please clear up the garbage on the grinding machine workbench and the surrounding before coming off work, and observe the grinder around to see if there is oil or water leakage.

B. Please check lubrication conditions of grinding machine guideway at the same fixed-point every week. According to the adjustment sign of oil quantity, please check if oil quantity is too large or too small. Please remember anti-rust treatment to prevent rust between spindle and flange.

C. Please clean grinder cooling water tank each 15-20 days and replace machine tool guideway lubrication oil every 3-6 months. When replacing guideway, please clean lubricating oil pool and the oil pump filter, and remember the replacement of hydraulic oil per year and the cleaning for fuel tank and filter.

D. If grinding machine has been left unused for more than 2-3 days, please clean and dry working table and coat with rust-proof oil to avoid rusting.
