Sino-American Sic Scientific Research Cooperation Contract

On 28th, July, 2014, China Sic (silicon carbide) field bellwether--SICC Materials Co., Ltd. signed a contract with State University of New York, the contract says, "The cooperation represents wide band gap compound field of 21st century technology development direction" to "provide better choice for China economic growth". Both sides haven't revealed specific cooperation contract.
