(NYSE MKT: LIQT) ("LiqTech") is pleased to announce that the Company has received a $480,000 order for the Company´s standardized systems for treatment of waste water from marine scrubbers. Using nanotechnology, LiqTech develops products using proprietary silicon carbide technology.

Mr. Sune Mathiesen, LiqTech CEO, remarked, "Following the International Maritime Organization vote in October last year to implement a new global 0.5% cap on sulphur emissions from international shipping, we have experienced an increased activity level from our customers within the marine scrubber industry."
