Even though it is in the later winter, there are still lots of people doing exercises in the club. iAbrasive colleagues from the operation department and sales department meet for the first time at the end of year 2013. There are 13 people who take part in this activity and the atmosphere there is totally awesome: they are more like families playing, talking, laughing and cheering together.

Badminton is a sport that many people enjoy playing as it is easy to learn and equally enjoyable to take part in. Playing badminton makes people feel healthy, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young. It helps to ward off depression, anxiety, stress and increase self-esteem. It also helps in enjoying a better sleep in the night, thereby minimizing the incidence of pre-existing illnesses getting aggravated due to lack of sleep.

Anyway, just as the old saying goes: life lies in movement.
