Classification of Polishing Mounted Points in Polishing Materials

Polishing mounted points in the polishing materials are often used for electric grinding machine, flexible shaft machine and electric drill, which is a kind of small grinding tool with handle in polishing materials. A. C. Abrasive cloth polishing mounted points: long emery cloths are glued around the metal handle. The particle size is between 60 #-320# for the inner surface polishing of the aperture.

D. Diamond polishing mounted points: a kind of stone material, ceramic material and other non-metallic material of grinding tools, especially involving the grinding tools that use diamond alloy as grinding body, it includes the substrate and mill body, in which the mill body is fixed in the substrate. On the grinding surface of polishing mounted points, the mill body is also set in the form of clearance structure. The substrate is best made by adhesive materials with certain toughness and mill body best made of diamond alloy materials.
