China Coated Abrasives Association to Visit Hubei Yuli

On Oct. 28, 2014, representatives from China Coated Abrasives Association paid a visit to Hubei Yuli Abrasive Belts Group Co., Ltd. As one of the leading companies in China's coated abrasives industry, Yuli Abrasive Belts is worth learning from. There were more than 150 visitors from nationwide, which exceeded the original expectation.

The working staff of Yuli firstly led the team to Yuli Cultural Square, where a series of company bulletin board that read the development stages of Yuli, profiles of some outstanding achievers of the company, as well as the company's future plan caught the visitors' attention. The visitors learned that Yuli attaches great importance to company culture and sustainable development.

After that, the representatives visited the factories in order of spinning workshop, weaving workshop, bond synthesis workshop, and manufacturing workshop. The workshops of Yuli were clean and equipped with advanced production equipment. Mechanization has replaced labor force, and the modes of production has transformed from labor intensive to technology intensive. The production costs have been reduced substantially and the production efficiency has been improved.

Then the visitors went to Yuli garden where the staff lived. There were infrastructure, such as schools, hospitals, supermarkets, etc. The staff's living environment was convenient.

The last place was Yuli Ecological Garden. The company planned to invest 500,000,000 Yuan in the industrial park. A large number of coated abrasives projects will be built. Yuli also plans to build a coated abrasives lab. It is reported that the industrial park will take shape.
