The Definition of Diamond Edge Wheels

Diamond edge grinding wheel comprises diamond tool bits arranged on a matrix. The outer side of each diamond tool bit is provided with an inward inclination; the inner side and the outer side of each diamond tool bit are parallel, or the inner side of each diamond tool bit is parallel to the axis of the diamond tool bit; the inclination ranges from 1 to 20 degrees; the diamond tool bits are annularly arranged on the matrix; or the diamond tool bits are annularly arranged on the matrix at intervals, and a chip discharge hole is formed between adjacent diamond tool bits. The outer side of each diamond tool bit is provided with the inward inclination, so that in the grinding process, when workpieces to be processed, such as ceramics, stones or glass are fed to contact the diamond tool bits, a buffer function is realized, and the impact force during collision of the diamond tool bits and the workpieces to be processed is effectively reduced; therefore, the damage of the workpieces to be processed can be reduced, the processing quality is improved, and the service life of the edge grinding wheel is prolonged.
