Superhard Material Abrasive Discs Made with Vitrified Bond

Superhard material abrasive discs made with vitrified bond are commonly used in low speed grinding mill whose spindle speed is less than 150 RPM (resin abrasive discs used in rigid feed grinding of spindle speed of 1500 RPM). It has some features like high grinding accuracy, high efficiency, long continuous time and sharp life, etc. For flexible removal of constant pressure, so it needs to keep trimming edge. The double end face grinding mill with vitrified bond superhard materials disc exploited by ZZSM , has a long service life, easy to repair, good wear resistance and low cost etc, which can satisfy high precision grinding requirements of multispecies and large quantities of spare parts.

The diameter range of abrasive discs Φ 250 mm ~ 1200 mm Φ, specifications can be customized;

High machining accuracy and parallelism of 0.003 mm or less, flatness of 0.003 mm or less, Ra≤0.2μm;

The dimension error between single plate parts: 1 ~ 2 microns or less;
