Second, the types of wiredrawing grinding materials: Sanding belt, industrial hand pads, etc. The coarse-grained sanding belt is suitable for the deep and obvious effects of line drawing technology. If you use 80# and 60#, or even more coarse sanding belt for wiredrawing, the wiredrawing lines will be very obvious to see, but at the same time, it will also appear obvious burrs, pricking hands. Industrial hand pads can be used in the manual wiredrawing. Put the appropriate size of hand pads on a trustee, and then manually drawing back and forth, which is used in small artifacts, or some workpieces with certain shape.

Third, the material of workpieces may also affect the wiredrawing effect. For example, stainless steel plate wiredrawing and aluminum wiredrawing technology will have different effect even with the same sanding belt and the same machine with the same parameters. If people want to obtain the obvious effect of wiredrawing technology on stainless steel surface, they tend to choose more coarse-grained sanding belt, or sanding belt with harder back and more sharp ore.

Fourth, manual wiredrawing and mechanical wiredrawing are two different ways of wiredrawing. Manual wiredrawing is aiming at small artifacts, generally industrial hand pads are often used. This method will be low efficiency of wiredrawing, and the effect of lines is not stable. Therefore, the mainstream is the mechanical wiredrawing. Mechanical wiredrawing is mainly divided into flat type sanding belt wiredrawing, contact type sanding belt wiredrawing, and non-woven roller wheel wiredrawing. The lines is continuous and longer by flat type wiredrawing, whose brushed surface can not have any bumps. Contact type wiredrawing is the point and line contact, rather than the surface contact. Non-woven roller wheel wiredrawing is suitable for processing some workpieces with arc, which produces less heat and belongs to the cold working.

In conclusion, the wiredrawing technology process is quite changeable and complicated, and there are some technical difficulties in the machining process. How to use sanding belt, sand sheet, industrial hand pads and other grinding materials and machinery and equipment? And how to set the grinding parameters?
