Second, the polishing compound will produce bubbles at the beginning of electrolytic polishing. Thus, the distance between the grinding surface of polishing materials and the top of polishing groove should not be 15cm or less.

Third, the polishing compound in the process of electrolytic polishing is taken as the anode of aluminum workpiece. In electrolytic process, the composition of workpieces will decompose and deposit, which needs to be cleaned regularly.
