Norton Abrasives Announces Fully Updated Welding and Metal Fabrication Catalog.

Norton Abrasives, the world leader in abrasives for over 125 years, has announced they have completely updated the Norton Welding and Metal Fabrication Market Catalog.  The catalog is 180 pages and reflects the latest changes and additions to the Norton and Merit product lines, all which maintain Norton Abrasives’ commitment to provide the highest performance and broadest offering of abrasive products to metal fabricators. 

New product and technology additions in the updated catalog include a proprietary, next generation zirconia grain technology product portfolio for the Norton BlueFire™ depressed center wheels, portable cups, cut-off wheels, flap discs, fiber discs, belts, and quick-change cloth discs.  Patent-pending surface conditioning discs and belts for stripping (RapidStrip™), blending (Rapid Blend™) and finishing (RapidPrep™), designed to reduce steps in the finishing process, have been added to the catalog.  Also included are the high-performance Norton Neon line of aluminum oxide flap discs, quick-change discs, flap wheels, narrow belts and file belts.  Quick Trim flap discs featuring an easily-trimmed plastic back plate have also been added, including all performance tiers - Norton Blaze, Norton Red Heat, Norton BlueFire and Norton Neon.
