Methods of Buffing Compound on Improving Properties of Workpieces and Removing Residual

When we encounter some artifacts that have sunken face or bend channel, it is is more troublesome to use the traditional grinding polishing process. And the use of liquid buffing compound can make the polishing process of these workpieces with pore, porous, curved hole, special-shaped hole more convenient and more relaxed. Especially in the conduction tube of gas or liquid, the liquid buffing compound make them in the same direction, which effectively improves the performance, quality and degree of finish of the die or workpieces, prolongs the service life of die and workpiece, and at the same time, improves the quality of products.

If the hole or slot of workpieces have residual buffing compound, the general cleaning method is difficult to thoroughly clean it.

Therefore, we can take the following three methods to remove:

A, For buffing compound in the screw hole, it is available to squeeze buffing compound along the screw hole.

B, Please use the cotton swab dipped in gasoline to get into the hole and dry it.

C, Please inject the gasoline into the screw hole with medical syringe, and clean the residual deep in the hole out. The residual degree of buffing compound on the surface of the workpieces has a close relationship with polishing method. In normal polishing process, buffing compound needs to add less and frequently, and polishing wheels also need regular cleaning, etc. The above measures are taken to obtain a clean surface quality.

Polishing effect: it can solve the surface oxide layer and paint stripes, pollution, colour fading and other deeper problems.

Grinding effect: it can remove dirt on the surface through the surface pretreatment, eliminate oxidation and micro scratches or reduce the surface defects.
