Machine Tool Distributor Hegman Machinery Will Hold an Open House and Technology Show for Regional Manufacturers

Hegman Machinery, LLC, a Morris Group, Inc. company, will hold an Open House and Technology Show at its Maple Grove, Minn. facility on May 21-22, 2014. The regional machine tool distributor will display and demonstrate new technology from Okuma, Tsugami, Bridgeport, Chiron, and Trumpf. Live cutting demos will showcase tooling, high pressure coolant systems, software, measurement systems, automation and more from leading industry suppliers.

“The assembly of technology and expertise we’ll have in our recently expanded facility was selected based upon the needs of our local manufacturers,” states Jerry Rex, president of Hegman Machinery. “We will present machining solutions suitable for large to small sized companies in the medical, aerospace, automotive, recreational, defense, agricultural, and energy industries.”

The event will mark the first exhibition of Tsugami precision machine tools at Hegman Machinery. The regional distributor was awarded exclusive regional distribution rights of the Tsugami brand on April 1.

Hours are slated for 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with complimentary continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments provided both days including a beer tasting and appetizers starting at 5:00 p.m.
