Therefore, the process capability index is low, the consistency is poor, and the dispersion of product size in processing is large, and the inherent quality of product is not stable which have impacted on the accuracy, performance, life and reliability of the bearings.
The overall development is relatively slow, and enterprises have not invested enough in the research and development of high-end abrasive products. Both of them make excellent bearing processing and manufacturing firms have to choose similar foreign products. Therefore, abrasives manufacturers have lost a large part of customers. What was worse, the poor communication between bearing enterprises and abrasives manufacturers make the gap increase gradually.
