iAbrasive: Outdoor Training Came to a Successful End

In order to better motivate employees' working enthusiasm, set up positive communication, mutual trust, cooperation and team consciousness between staff, and enhance the staff's sense of responsibility and belonging, iAbrasive.com conducted outdoor training for all the staff on April 22-23, 2016. After every member’s positive efforts, the staff successfully pass all the training and finish the training mission.

Outdoor training is a process that can promote the team to grow, which is designed for modern team building. It is not only beneficial to build effective team, but also can make new employee quickly fit in.

In the whole training, we cooperate with each other, to complete a series of outdoor training programs to stimulate individual potential and enhance team belonging. In just two days of training, we have not only smiles and tears, but also sweat and pain.

After the hard training, we organize a wonderful evening party. The whole party fully shows the love and humors of all the staff. The two hosts are like two relationship experts who make the scene active.

Outdoor training is over, but it brings eternal wealth for the staff, which makes employees understand that the team's success not just relies on a person's wisdom and strength. It needs team cooperation and help each other, to jointly complete the team's ultimate goal.
