Guangdong Abrasives Products Industry Forum Was Held in Nanhai

In recent years, the rapid development of national industries stimulates the development of abrasives industry. But the technical content of our abrasives products is relatively low, and scientific innovation and enterprises’ new product development ability are both weak, which seriously affect the promotion of enterprises’ economic strength, particularly not conducive to environmental protection and technology upgrading. In view of the problems of industry development, Guangdong Abrasives Products Industry Forum was held in Nanhai, Foshan yesterday.

On forum, experts had a deep discussion about present situation and future development direction of China coating industry, and application and future development direction of resin mold industry. Zhou Wenjun, dean of College of Materials Engineering, Henan University of Technology, gave a lively speech about the development and application of superhard material, to guide the direction for the participants.

Abrasives industry is a very small industry in the national economy, but its application scope covers from aerospace to almost all fields such as medical and health care. Abrasives industry is “the tooth mechanical industry”, so it is indispensable. This forum was aimed to coordinate the relationship between industries, improve the level of industry, and actively promote the healthy development of the abrasives industry.
