NEW! Green Polishing Product Introduced

Norton ClearChoice™ is the name of Saint-Gobain Abrasives’ new, green polishing product. Norton ClearChoice finishing pads require no cleaners, solvents or other harsh chemicals—just water—for countless polishing applications.

Some uses of the new product include:

Buffing and polishing finger nails

Kitchen cleaning and maintenance of cookware, counter tops, sinks, stainless steel pots, stainless steel sinks, porcelain sinks, composite sinks

Bathroom polishing of shower tiles, fiberglass and composite tubs, showers and sinks, solid surface counters, toilet bowls for removing rust stains

Gas grills

Bowling balls (!)

Norton ClearChoice was developed via a unique inter-business partnership of three New York operations.  The Coated Abrasives operation in Watervliet, New York, and Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics’ Poestenkill, New York plant (a.k.a. “PONY”) played key roles in the development, testing and manufacture of the new product.  The Performance Plastics’ plant in Hoosick Falls, New York, mixed the product’s abrasive and liquid silicone rubber.
