General Secretary Wang Mingyuan Visiting Abrasives Manufacturers Members (I)

Recently, General Secretaries of Branch Coated Abrasive Association, Wang Mingyuan has paid visit to abrasives manufacturers members in Xinyi, Linyi, Jinan and other cities to investigate the industry situation. 9th, May at Zhang’s Abrasives in Xin yi , Jiangsu Province 

Driving as far as 500 kilometers, at four clock, general secretary and his companions finally arrived at Zhang’s Abrasive Company Limited in Xin Yi , which is coincide with the renovation of the factory. Firstly, he introduced the management trend of the first quarter. In his opinion, the trend of 2014 is not optimistic. Influenced by the recession of macroeconomics, at the very beginning of 2014, the achievement of his enterprise is less than that of the past, which didn’t overpass former years until the third month of 2014. The sales of grinding plate deceased a lot. However, he have confidence in future. He holds that, despite the bad situation, Zhang’s could keep the performance of 2013 through controlling. 

When it comes to the transformation and upgrading of enterprise, he said that in fact Zhang’s has made technology innovation continuously. Some new products have good performance in market. As for the business management, besides the staple management of coated abrasives, he has stepped into other fields. At present, there are three main business in his company, including coated abrasive, red wine and military project. On the aspects of military products, it is hopeful for them to make great breakthrough in technology. He suggested that the upgrading of abrasives manufactures should be based on their current situation and finical capacity, otherwise their situation would get worse. 

Then, General Sectary Wang communicated with President Zhang on the problems of unfair competition, industry conference agenda and other relevant projects. President Zhang said they approved work plan of association, and would fully support the upcoming industry conference.
