General Secretary Wang Mingyuan Visiting Abrasives Manufacturers Members (III)

Recently, General Secretaries of Branch Coated Abrasive Association, Wang Mingyuan has paid visit to member abrasives manufacturers in Xinyi, Linyi, Jinan and other cities to investigate the industry situation. Shangdong Dongtai Abrasive CO.,LTD. is one of developing rapidly abrasives manufacturers in coated abrasive field in recent years. On the very morning of May 11th, accompanied by general manager Gao Zhaodong, general secretary Wang Mingyua and his escorts arrived at the headquarters located in Linyi Lanshan District, which is also manufacturing basis of sand belts .  

General manager Gao said that the performance of this year is quite good, and productions have been in short supply all the time, especially the specialties. Working overtime cannot still meet the customers’ requirements. Owing to the high quality and the high performance price ratio, their products are popular in international market. At present, the export amount has taken one third of the whole sales. According to the current growth rate, by the end of this year, the sales revenue is hopeful to be twice as that of last year and reach 80 million. 

In order to relieve the pressure of the continuous growth of labor cost, one year ago, Dongtai had began to use machine to replace workers. Up to now, there are 7 machines in factory, and it is planned to reach 15 at the end of this year. Replacing workers with machine has largely improved the efficiency. Now, the output of each class has already reached 70,000 pieces. 

At production base in Fei county, with a program in his hand, general manager Gao introduced the integration automation plan to general sectary Wang. That plan has been carried out gradually, and covered the whole procedures, arranging from itemizing, sheet-punching, sheet-puttingm, sodifying to packing. Its implement will thoroughly change the current situation, and single machine and operation break-down will disappear, which will improve producing model of abrasives to a large scale, thus promote the management level of the whole industry. 

General secretary Wang Mingyuan praised that, Dongtai Abrasive CO.,Ltd setted up late but developed fast, especially the plan of integration automation took the first place in the whole industry. He said that the transformation and upgrading of enterprise should be comprehensive, and the upgrading of concept should be taken into account at first. Price is an effective means of competition, but it is a must to make appropriate profits. He hopes that in the future enterprises put brand construction at the first place, pay more attention to produce management, improve the safety awareness of workers and in the meantime create more comfortable production environment. 

General Gao said that they will strictly keep to all suggestions, and try their best to strengthen the rectification and management to improve the comprehensive management level.
