On June 16, 2016, the Fourth Zhengzhou E-Commerce Lecture was co-sponsored by Zhengzhou Bureau of Commerce, Henan University of Technology and Zhengzhou Communication Development Management Office at Lianhuajie district in Henan University of Technology. The conference was hosted by the anchor - Zi Yang from Henan Radio. He firstly introduced the main guests attending the conference, and welcomed vice President from Henan University of Technology – Li Liying to deliver an opening speech. Subsequently, deputy director - Liu Tianqi from Zhengzhou Bureau of Commerce reviewed the lecture history, and detailed cross-border E-commerce from three levels, including comprehensive experimental zone, including the purpose of establishment, the existing problems, the policy direction and other aspects, which make participants get a more profound understanding for cross-border E-commerce experimental zone. And then Chen Yan, secretary from Zhengzhou Bureau of Commerce gave their tiles of honor.

The conference's important parts began. The first industry higher-up is the E-commerce department head called Lei Bing from Henan University of Technology. He gave a speech about Cross-border E-commerce, and pointed out it is the inevitable trend of social development, and it is still in its infancy stage. He thoroughly analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of China's cross-border E-commerce B2B and B2C, and customs clearance, logistics, payment, after-sales and trading disputes in the trading process.

An Zhiguo, dean of Xiwei Xiaoxi E-commerce school, revealed the current search engine marketing and main ways of community media marketing by analyzing three stages’ advantages, limitations and the status quo, and put forward marketing type website construction strategy.

And Jiang Kun - chief operating officer of Facebook explained "How to improve sales overseas with the help of social network". He confirmed that the powerful function of social networks with groups of statistical data, and suggested that people should keep up with the trend of The Times, and make full use of popular Facebook and Instagram to carry out cross-border E-commerce.

Xuan Lin, network finance director of Bank of China made an overview of the current China's macroeconomic situation and China's cross-border E-commerce development strategy, and introduced financial services of Bank of China.

Hu Taiming, deputy general manager of gongchang.com and chief consultant of Google Henan, made an analysis about new opportunities of equipment manufacturing industry in times of cross-border E-commerce. He pointed out that in the new context of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry and foreign trade, there are still some pitfalls about the equipment manufacturing industry to carry out cross-border E-commerce, and gives some suggestions and shares his experience.   

Zhao Yang, business school dean of Henan International Trade Association, explained that how to become an excellent cross-border suppliers in China. He interpreted the psychology and demand of buyers from foreign buyers survey examples.
