Fangcheng Builds Up the Largest Superhard Material Manufacturing Base in China

Located in the southern part of Henan province, northeast of Nanyang basin, Fangcheng County is the north gate of Nanyang. The amazing feat--"Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion" has an overall length of 1277 kilometers. While Danjiang River flows out of Nanyang basin and goes through the Yangtze River and Huaihe River watershed, the natural graben between Funiu Mountain and Tongbai Mountain has become the best track for the problem. Fangcheng County is endowed by nature with the special conditions needed to embrace the huge project.

In recent years, targeting at building up the largest superhard material manufacturing base, Fangcheng County has launched the 7.9 square-kilometer superhard material industrial zone construction. Diamond capacity is expected to reach 65 hundred million carats by the end of the year. Annual output value will hit 20 hundred million Yuan and taxation of profit will be 5.5 hundred million Yuan. China domestic market share is to reach more than 45%. Superhard material industrial zone annual output value is expected to reach 100 hundred million Yuan in three years.
