Dinc Inc. CBN Blade

CBN, short for Cubic Boron Carbide, is a synthetic superhard material whose hardness ranks second to diamond and it has a wear-resisting property. The difference of CBN and diamond lies in its chemical stability when placed in high temperature. So it is widely used in a blachsmith machining. Compared with traditional carbide-tipped tools, CBN blade is faster in speed and longer in lifespan. Proper use of CBN can possibly achieve a higher production efficiency. 

The components of Dinc Inc. CBN blade is a combination of CBN material and special cermet material sintered under ultra high temperature and pressure. Thus it has an excellent hardness and a good heat resisting property. Through years of trial and error, Dinc Inc. has developed CBN blades with various materials that are suitable for superhard materials.
