Die Cut Membranes suit venting and filtration applications

Supplied on rolls or sheets, with or without adhesive backing, Custom Die Cut Membranes are available in wide range of materials including cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose, nylon, PES, PTFE, PVDF, MCE, CA, GF, and PP. Products can be fabricated in variety of formats with pore sizes from 0.2–0.45 microns, depending upon material. Available in diameters from 0.25–60 in., with tolerances of ±0.005 in., membranes can be produced using digital die-less cutting, or high-speed and rotary die cutting.

Interstate Custom Die Cut Membranes can be manufactured and packaged to meet precise OEM specifications from a wide range of materials including cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose, nylon, PES, PTFE, PVDF, MCE, CA, GF, PP and more.  Supplied on rolls or sheets, with or without an adhesive backing, these precision membranes can be fabricated in a wide variety of formats with pore sizes from 0.2 to 0.45 microns, depending upon material.

Available in sizes from 0.25” to 60” dia., with tolerances of ±0.005” and varying thicknesses, Interstate Custom Die Cut Membranes can be produced using digital die-less cutting, or high-speed and rotary die cutting.  Slitting, multi-layer laminating and special packaging can be provided and the firm is ISO 13485 and ISO 9001:2008 approved and ITAR registered.
