Abrasive discs consist of abrasive grain adhered onto the surface of a cloth, film, paper, non-woven or other backing. Abrasive discs are used for surface finishing, sanding, grinding, etc. Abrasive discs typically have round shape, although specialized flower petal shapes are used for ophthalmic applications. 

Cloth discs are made with its backing using cloth, which are usually water resistant and made of polyester. Resin bonded for heat resistance. Can be run wet or dry.

The paper disc can be used on random orbital and rotary sanders. The industry’s highest performing and broadest selection of paper discs in pressure sensitive adhesive disc rolls, individual discs, and hook and loop discs. 

Applications: 

1. Stripping and preparing primed and painted surfaces for finishing
