The Quick-Step line of surface finishing and polishing tools is characterized by a central pin, which is to ensure proper disc placement and safety. They are designed for the surfaces finishing of ultra-clean stainless steel in industries including food preparation, nuclear, pharmaceutical, construction and others.

The variable-speed Quick-Step Finisher is compact, lightweight and well-suited for sanding, finishing and polishing in small and limited space. It features an extra-large gear, adjustable Dynamax electronic speed control and a motor designed to provide ample torque, even being operated at a lower speed.

Quick-Step Blendex surface conditioning discs feature non-woven construction and are specifically designed to prepare surfaces for final finishing treatment such as painting on steel, aluminum and stainless steel. For use with Quick-Step backing pads, the discs are said to offer enhanced removal rates and longer disc life.

Designed as the first stage in a multi-step finishing process, Quick-Step Flex discs are designed to offer the advantages of flap discs for surface finishing and removal of grinding and finishing welds. They also offer enhanced flexibility for hard-to-reach surfaces.
