According to foreign media reports, Nemesis International DMCC, whose head office is located in Dubai, bought a diamond that has not yet been processed at the price of $63 million. This diamond becomes the world's most expensive diamond.

It is reported that Lucara Diamond Corp. headquartered in Vancouver sold this diamond whose weight is 813 carats. This diamond is excavated from Karowe mine in Botswana.

A commodities analyst called Edward in BMO Capital Markets argues that "It is a good for Lucara Company, which can make their diamond auction called Lesedi la Rona more popular ".

He adds: "The price $63 million is far beyond our expectations".

In addition, the diamond called Lesedi la Rona weighing 1109 carats will come under the hammer at Sotheby's auction in London on June 29 according to forecasts. It is the second largest diamond found within one hundred years.
