1. Application
It is particularly used for extra-thin cutting discs working on stainless steel, heat sensitive metals, non-ferrous metals, and alloys.
2. Characteristic
It is obtained by coating a layer of metal oxide outside the grains of several mixed Aluminas. After the special treatment, the binding ability between grains and binders could be significantly improved, which greatly reduces the phenomenon of sand strip and drop during grinding and cutting. The lifetime of cutting discs thereby is greatly prolonged. And, the disc cutting speed is highly increased, especially working on stainless steel. Furthermore, the coated metal oxide brings good heat dissipation for grains, which will lead to grinding tools made of them are not easy to burn workpiece.
