Brown Aluminum Oxide Block used for refractory
We have three 4000kva tilting furnaces.There are two processing methods of Brown Fused Alumina block: Barmac and ball mill. We can process according to different bulk density requirements. This product has the feature of good permeability, excellent flowability, and stable chemical compositions, grinding resistance along with acid and alkaline resistance. The main chemical compositions are as bellows: Al2O3≥95.5﹪, 2.2﹪≤TiO2≤3.2﹪，SiO2≤0.9，CaO≤0.35. The microhardness is HV1800-2200. All of the features above make this abrasive as the first choice of refractories.
