4.Product description: Zinc Shot is manufactured from virtually pure zinc wire. This enables it to be used in applications where there is a high risk of explosion if an aluminum shot were to be used. This is typically applicable on aluminum components. The high volume of dust generated can lead to an explosive atmosphere, when use the aluminum shot. The use of Zinc Shot greatly reduces the risk of explosion.

Zinc Shot is a soft metallic abrasive, used primarily in the die-casting and gravity casting industries for deburring and deflashing of aluminium and zinc alloy casting. Zinc Shot is an ideal abrasive for blasting corrosion resistant steels and non-ferrous products, when the risk of ferrous contamination to the surface cannot be tolerated.
It is also used in elimination of surface defects, internal stress relief, etching, matte finish, leveling, strengthening and rust prevention before applying in the metal die castings, precision castings, hardware & tools, machinery manufacturing, auto parts, instruments & meters, pumps and valves industries.
11. Transportation and storage：
It is forbidden to pack or ship the zinc shot with acid, alkali and it should be stored in dry, ventilated, non-corrosion material warehouse and keep out of rain.
