Besco BRD series diamond is multinano-crystal resin bond diamond which are widely used for manufacturing resin bond grinding wheels. Its unique fracturing characteristic produces a free cutting action that provides optimal performance when machining monferrous materials such as tungsten carbide, glass and a variety of ceramics.

BRM, light gray color, blocky shape, friable, multicrystalline struture. Size distribution and shape are controlled tightly. BRM offers excellent performances in polishing and lapping glass, ceramics etc.
When the clients use micron powder for special application, then usually ask for nickel coatings on micron powder. Since the particles are very little the agglomeration will be happened during the coating and then affacts the performance. Besco's nickel coating technology solved this problem to avoid the agglomeration.
Nickel coating series: With Besco exclusive technology we do chemical nickel coating of different levels based on BRD series. (Standard levels of nickel coating by weight are 30%, 56% and 60%.) The coating provides excellent heat dissipation and increased particle retention in the bond system, thus improving wheel life and workpiece integrity.
Cubic Boron Nitride(CBN) monocrystalline is one kind of superabrasives that has the most thermal stability and its hardness is only second to the diamond. Not like diamond, due to the combination of CBN's toughness, chemical and thermal stability, CBN is widely used for grinding ferrous alloys and superalloy materials.
