Working Principle of impact crusher:
During the working process,the motor drives the rotor to rotate in a high speed A fews hammers are installed on the rotor,they will rotate toghther with the rotor .When large materials are fed into the crusher chamber through the feed openningn ,they will be struck by the rotating hammers and then will be thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush.Then the materials will be struck back to the hammers again for the third crush.This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size . Then the needed product discharge from outlet.
