We designed our high pressure Raymond mill by several decades production experiences and absorbing the up to date technology home and abroad.
There is a 1000-1500kg high pressure spring which is fixed to the roller hanger inside the Raymond mill ,When Raymond mill begins to work ,the roller rolls around the ring the rolling pressure is1.2x than common Raymond mill.under the influence og the high pressure spring .
When there is abrasion in rooler and ring ,it is recommended to adjust the length of the spring to maintain the constant pressure between the roller and the ring hence to ensure the stable output capacity and product fineness.
