We can call it single-surface grinder for short. It is also one of our feature products ,which is used to grind the both side of the workpiece. The highlight of this grinder is that it can process workpieces which each side require different feed rate. Its researched by our own technology. The flatness can reach 0.02mm,roughness RA 0.4 and working precision is within 0.02mm.
This single-surface grinder also use our own CBN grind wheels. The grind wheel diameter is 305mm. Its Max working diameter is 130mm and Max workable height is between 2 and 60 mm. After process 3000-10000 pieces (depends on the rigidity of the workpiece)you need to trim the grind wheel once by manual work.each time you trim will make the grind wheel decrease 0.03mm. So one CBN grind wheel can usually process more than 500,000.00 pieces.
