CNC centerless internal grinding machine,we can call it “internal grinder” for short. It was research and develop by Shenyang Hermos CNC Machine Tool Co.,Ltd in 2005. We use our own core technology which was on the basis of Japan technology. This internal grinder carry a Mitsubishi CNC system and we set up a multi-language control system with self check system, This system make it easier to handle than usual and could automatic check the problem. It can be use well with even non-skilled worker.
The main spindle of the internal grinder was imported from Switzerland called “Fischer”with a high speed of 42000-75000 rpm. The main spindle can work more than 2 years if the machine never stop. We prove our quality by our actions.
The regulating wheel is diamond coated and it regulate the CBN grind wheel after process 50 workpieces. And each time it decrease the CBN grind wheel 0.02mm. Our parent company Institute of super abrasive products Shenyang Zhongke academe can also provide you prime quality CBN grind wheels if you need.
Electromagnetic chuck is used instead of three jaw chuck on this grinder to ensure the work precision. The work precision is within0.02mm.We use NSK lead screw and the bistrique feeding speed is from 0.0002 to 333.3mm/s.
In order to ensure the rate of finished products we design a “Marposs”gauging components on the front of the chuck. It test the work piece during the hole process, can large decrease the defective index and increase the work precision.
We install auto feed system on it so that its more efficient the CPK is over 1.33. The production rhythm is 10 to 30 second.
