CNC Wide-wheel Centerless Grinder
Features:
* The layout of the machine is that the grinding wheelhead is fixed and the regulating wheelhead is movable.
* The regulating wheel speed can be varied infinitely with an AC frequency converter and electric control system adopts 3-axis servo system
* Ball leadscrew driven by a servomotor is used for the feed of the regulating wheelhead
* Back&forth speed of the dress is regulated through AC frequency converter
* Feed motion & back and forth movements of the grinding wheel dresser is controlled by servo motor and ball leadscrew.
* The coolant system is equipped with magnetic and paper filtering system.
