Cylindrical Grinding Machine

 

Structure and features:

1. Modle M1350 Cylindrical Grinder is designed for grinding cylindrical or taper surface of rotational parts. It is highly adaptable for single and small batch production.

2. The table traverse is actuated by hydraulic means at infinitely variable speed or operated by hand. The headstock may twist to a certainly angle, is suitable for grinding the cone workpiece.

3. Auto intermittent infeed and rapid approach and withdrawal of the wheelhead can be effected hydraulically, while rough-fine-feed realized by handwheel.

4. The table guide rails with plastic stickers and forced lubrication oil supply, so it can gain the stable slow speed running and high immunity to vibration.

5. High rotating accuracy, excellent rigidity are available since the new type sleeve dynamic bearings with large taper are adopted on wheel spindle.

6. Headstock adopt double speed motor which have three steps gear transmissions, high driven accuracy, excellent rigidity and easy operations.

7. different motors drive different parts, such as workpiece spindle, grinding wheel spindle, internal spindle, hydraulic pump, coolant pump, lubricant pump for grinding wheel spindle.

8. Electrical equipment, hydraumatic and mechanical chain mechanism form moving components of a machine. There are reasonable integral layout and beautifully shape, centralized and iconic operating lever, easy and safe operations.

9. Grinding wheel dresser can be fixed on table or tailstock.
