PLATE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE

RED D●T Tunnel Type Steel Plate Shot Blasting system is design as a heavy duty shot blasting machine for Steel Plates ranging from 1.8 meter to 3 meter wide.

This fully automatic system comes as a in-line process package whereby various options like Spray Painting and Dryer are available depending on application requirement.

The steel plates are transported into the blast chamber by rollers conveyor at a preset speed, Blast wheels are strategically position to ensure maximum coverage of the blast zone. Steel plates are therefore homogeneously blasted on both side in a single pass.

This is a well proven heavy duty in-line system that is most suitable for production floor in the construction industries, marine, off-shore oil & gas industries etc.

A complete setup would include; Rollers conveyors, Blasting chamber, Abrasives recovery system, Abrasives separator & Storage hopper. Abrasives blower off, Dust collector, (Spray paint booth & Dryer optional).
